"He/She"

Same as "I", there is a few words to represent "he/she" depends on who you are talking to and how much respect you want to show.

Dia The standard, everyday word used for "he/she" in both
speech and writing.
Ia Often used as "he/she" in formal writing or literature.
Beliau A respectful version of "he/she," used when referring to someone
of higher status, elders, or people you want to show honor
toward (e.g., a teacher, leader, or parents).
Baginda A special royal pronoun used specifically for kings, queens, or
religious prophets.
